Shipping & Delivery

We process most orders within 2 business days. Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Please allow additional days for orders with personalization or special handling.
Shipping fees vary based on order total, shipping address, delivery speed, item size/weight and other factors. Rates are displayed during checkout based on your order details.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to inclement weather, inability to locate the recipient, invalid addresses, technical disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
For oversized items like furniture that require truck delivery, you must provide full address and contact details for both shipping and installation. Be sure someone over 18 will be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. We are not liable for orders signed for as delivered but later claimed as missing or damaged. Please inspect deliveries thoroughly before signing.
You assume liability for damage during transit due to insufficient packaging for items you return. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Lost return packages are your sole responsibility.
Delivery and product installation by third party providers are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any installation services. Please resolve all furniture assembly or delivery issues directly with the service provider.
Please inspect all orders promptly upon delivery and address any issues to customer service within 7 days of receipt. We assume no liability for missing items, defects, or damage after this inspection period.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases made through Picket House Furnishings® may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review carefully before committing to any purchase. In summary:

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.
Products must be in new condition with original tags/labels/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse credit for items returned used, damaged, or with missing parts.
Clearance or sale items are final purchase; we do not accept returns or provide refunds on these categories unless expressly stated at the time of sale.
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase confirmation.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Allow 2 billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance in case of loss or damage in transit.
Furniture or large accessories may require a re-stocking fee if returned. Please review category details before purchase.
